The iPod nano has been redesigned several times since its initial release by Apple. The latest version has been shortened to make it more compact. When compared to the "iPod classic" the display screen is slightly smaller (2") but it's still a great choice for "going portable" with thousands of songs, videos and podcasts. The latest iPod nanos come in 4 GB and 8 GB models.
